My journey started in 2008 as an executive assistant at a healthcare company. When I saw manual processes eating up hours of productive time, I taught myself to code and built the company's first website, email automation system, and data collection tools. That pattern repeated across three healthcare organizations: identify an expensive problem, learn the technology to solve it, build a custom solution, and scale it.
